Part 1 - Introduction

Report Runner Viewer is an app built to make it easy to view Crystal Reports templates without the need for Crystal Reports.

Features include:

  • View Crystal Reports templates
  • Favorites interface to quickly recall and run your favorite reports
  • Export to a large number of file formats
  • Mail any report output you can view, including unlimited mail templates you can save and re-use to reduce repetitive data entry
  • Over 100 settings that can be tweaked via an INI file to customize all aspects of the viewer
  • A large number of command line options to build on-the-fly links and short-cuts on your desktop to run, print, and export reports (some features require the Developer add-on for increased functionality)

Our documentation is intentionally short, direct, and without a lot of fluff. If a feature is obvious (like "Close and Exit"), we will not waste time explaining what it does.
